The right answer matters more than getting the job.

We diagnose, explain the evidence and recommend the smallest scope we can responsibly defend. Sometimes that means monitoring, surface work, another specialist—or no WPNE project.

Interior footing-depth drain tile and pressure-relief systems
Sump basins, primary pumps, battery backup and discharge corrections
Foundation-wall drainage membrane and block-wall pressure relief
Targeted grading, buried downspouts, surface drainage and selected French drains
Window-well corrections, parging and selected carbon-fiber reinforcement
Basement-water assessments, written scopes and commercial waterproofing within our capabilities

Work we decline or refer

Radon mitigation, mold remediation or emergency water extraction
Major structural reconstruction or steel I-beam reinforcement
Routine crawlspace encapsulation
Large-scale exterior excavation when a specialist is the better fit
Work where the evidence does not support the proposed repair

How we reach a recommendation

We separate the symptom from the cause, document what we can observe, explain the reasonable alternatives and identify what remains uncertain. A proposal should state the scope and assumptions clearly enough that another decision-maker can understand it.
