Start with evidence
We look at where water appears, when it appears, exterior drainage, foundation type, and the path to a workable discharge.
Explain the alternatives
A written quote should say what we found, what the proposed work addresses, and which lower-cost or less-invasive options are reasonable.
Say when it is not us
If the evidence points to mold remediation, radon, major structural engineering, emergency extraction, or another specialty, we say so and refer the work out.
