I had Northeast Waterproofing do a full basement sump pump install last month after getting quotes from 4 different companies. They were the best priced and it went incredibly well! Everyone was friendly, communicative and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a sump pump installed. One other thing to note that a lot of people don't think about is that winter/early spring is a great time to do a sump pump install because the ground isn't muddy and saturated with moisture so it's easier to excavate the dirt. This was a helpful tip from the team as well!

Andrew came out to inspect my property and gave great insight into how to best address my waterproofing needs. He acknowledged that since I am not in an emergency situation I can delay such a huge and costly project in lieu of more supporting projects (fix grading, exterior french drain etc.) in other words, rather than try and sell me the most costly service he worked with me in an honest and transparent manner. I would highly recommend considering Waterproofing Northeast.

I recently hired Waterproofing Northeast to fill cracks in the basement foundation with concrete. I've learned this is called parging. Owner Andrew Muraszewski was knowledgeable and easy to dialogue with to understand. He spent a couple hours assessing the cracks, taking measurements, and checking the outside drainage. He recommended and explained the process to parge the walls. I hired a home maintenance inspector a few years earlier. The inspector said the foundation walls on my 1913 house are poured and thick; he recommended filling the cracks with concrete. The first contractor I contacted cautioned that deteriorating walls might collapse; this contractor proposed $46,000 to do major repair work. Andrew reassured me the basement walls were sturdy, thick, poured concrete. He explained newer construction concrete block foundations tend to shift and crack then potentially needing reinforcement. The parging cost $11,000. A team of 4 workers spent 3 days preparing the cracks and walls then applying a couple coats of concrete. They first conscientiously covered the entryway floor and basement stairs with protective tarps and put up a plastic wall in the basement to protect my stacks of stuff. The crew were respectful and friendly. They communicated their daily plans and updates. Waterproof Northeast has an amazing company culture. Their dialogue showed respect for each individual's area of expertise. The team was always positive and had good camaraderie while doing this cold laborious work. I recently had another home maintenance inspection. Both the inspector and a basement window contractor looked admiring at the basement walls and said they did good work. I am very pleased with the work Waterproofing Northeast did to maintain the basement walls plus make the walls look refreshed.

Excellent work by the team. Andrew was easy to work with from start to finish. Very professional. He had lots of technology to keep in contact and ensure the job was done well. The team on site were professional, approachable, and fun to talk to. You could tell they like their job and want to do it right. Highly recommend them! Our basement was limestone rubble and they made magic happen. It's dry and clean! Thanks for a job well done!

Andrew and the team at Waterproofing NE were easy and great to work with. For several years I tried different water mitigation methods to prevent water from entering my basement but no method worked well enough to stop the water completely. The system installed by Waterproofing NE has been installed for 9 months now and my house has had no water penetration and the musty smell has nearly disappeared entirely. As a former finish carpenter I care deeply about doing things correctly and quality and I am thoroughly pleased with the team's work.
