Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about our services, request a quote, and get in touch. You can't scrape it, redistribute its content, or use it to impersonate us.

Quotes & estimates

Quotes are based on the inspection we perform and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We honor what's in writing. Verbal estimates are not contracts.

Payment timing

Project-specific payment terms are stated in the signed proposal. Unless that proposal says otherwise, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the contracted work. We send the final invoice no later than the final project day and ask that an authorized payer be available to complete payment. Our team can help with online payment before leaving. Approved financing or another written payment arrangement follows the timing stated in that agreement. The signed proposal controls.

Warranty

WPNE offers a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship for interior and exterior waterproofing services. Transfer is not automatic; the new homeowner must give WPNE written notice within 30 days of property transfer. The written warranty controls. What's on this website is a summary, not the contract.

Limitation

The information on this site is provided as-is for general informational purposes. We do our best to keep it accurate. If something we publish here conflicts with a written contract you have with us, the written contract controls.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
