Upgrading to a duplex (two primary pumps alternating cycles) is a legitimate option for finished basements with high-value contents — adds $1,500–$2,500. WiFi water-level alarms, ozone-resistant components, and other 'commercial-grade' upgrades exist but rarely justify the cost on owner-occupied residential. We'll talk through what makes sense for your specific situation at the inspection.
